Coach Peter started his career at the
Olympiastützpunkt Berlin, ran development as the Head Coach of
Olympiastützpunkt Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland (Saarbrücken)
and directed elite international talent as the Head of High Performance Swimming at BISP in Phuket.

Jana - Performance Program Architect
Jana brings order to complex performance environments.
She works across training groups, assistant coaches, athletes at different stages, and parents — aligning people and processes so programs run clean, focused, and without friction.
Her career as a youth performance development specialist began at the Olympiastützpunkt Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland (Saarbrücken) where she first established her foundation in high-performance structures. She then advanced to the Olympiastützpunkt Hamburg/Schleswig-Holstein, successfully developing talents up to national squad status. Today, she drives junior and age group development strategy as youth development manager (Nachwuchsverantwortliche Leistungssport) at Schwimmclub Aarefisch in Aarau, Switzerland.
Her experience spans high-performance national centers, international school environments, and pathway development strategies across all age groups.
She builds and refines structures that hold under pressure and support long-term development. The result is simple: coaches can coach, athletes can perform, and progress doesn’t depend on chance.
