Tendo Mukalazi
Tendo will continue preparing with us through the 2026 season, targeting qualification for the Commonwealth Games.
Our focus is on developing all four strokes, prioritizing sprint events while building his 200m freestyle to create a more complete and resilient profile.
After just six weeks, Tendo achieved a breakthrough with a new PB of 27.2 in the 50m Backstroke (14 Feb 2026), confirming the process is working.
By week 11, he further backed this up in race-pace training, hitting 23.06 in the 50m freestyle and 10.03 in the 25m freestyle — clear signs of continued progression.

This opportunity to work with the Hero Division program is truly a game-changer for me. I know there’s always room to improve and become faster, and this program gives me the tools and support to unlock that next level. I’m excited, motivated, and ready to push myself to become the fastest version of who I can be.

"At first, I saw only coach Peter's performance, but when I spoke to him, I realized how great he is. Not only can he make my swimming incredible, but he can also improve my personality and have significant effects on my future coaching skills. You might find someone with such performance, but you won't find someone who cares enough to help you in and out of the pool with your decisions."
Ali joined the Hero Division after he went through 2 years of stagnation.
After only 8 weeks of personalized, focused training, he dropped his personal bests and swam 2 new National Records.

Katyayani Singh
Going a best time after so long feels great just after 2 weeks of training with Coach.
It’s great - really focused on details and pace. Couldn’t be happier with the workouts and how they are turning out!
As her coach, I can confidently say Katyayani is a very focused and self-driven young athlete.
Even with thousands of kilometers between us, working with her was truly a pleasure. She followed every instruction with precision, showed an astonishing work ethic, and stayed committed to the process every single day.
What made the journey even smoother was her communication — always clear, disciplined, and full of purpose. Her feedbacks were precise and timely, allowing us to fine-tune details and keep progressing fast.
Her discipline, coachability, and passion for improvement make her the kind of athlete every coach dreams of working with. The results aren’t a coincidence — they’re a product of dedication, trust, and relentless effort.

"Coach Peter has helped me improve a lot with only a few months of training with him. He is very dedicated and puts a lot of effort into what he does. He is a great coach and most importantly a good person (bonus - he is very funny). "

"I was able to make a huge progress with Peter within a year and with him I was able to be the best version of myself in competitions."
After pausing swimming for a year, Samyar returned to the pool as a breaststroker.
We completely rebuilt him into a freestyle sprinter — and the results speak for themselves.
Starting the season at 57.9 in the 100 free, he dropped down to 50.71, breaking the Iranian national record and proving what commitment and the right program & the right coach can do.
In the 50m freestyle, he now holds a personal best of 22.41.
Since making the switch to freestyle, Samyar has risen to the world stage — qualifying for the World Championships in Singapore, competing at the Paris Olympic Games, and winning the Islamic Games in the 50m freestyle.
This is only the beginning. He is still climbing, still flying, and still proving what belief, discipline, and world-class training can achieve.

“Only the best coaches know your weeknesses but always show your strengths"
Waschi's Open Water pathway was a long ongoing journey, but he hit the toughest challenges during Covid, when he caught the virus twice during preparation and just before the race.
The restrictions during that time lead to the qualification becoming a single person 25km pool race within 4hr 53min (World Champs.) and 4hr 57min (European Champs.).
We set everything on one card and he finished the pool race within a record time of 4:49:58,34, an average 100m pace of 1:09.

My time with Peter was special — more than just training. He wasn’t only a great coach, but a mentor and a real friend.
What set him apart was how much he gave. He believed in me, pushed me, and helped me grow far beyond the pool. We didn’t just work — we built something together.
He lives this sport with everything he has, and you feel that every single day as an athlete.
I’ll never forget my first doping control when he said, “Fritzy, if they’re testing you, it means you’re doing something so good they have to check it.”
After that, it became routine — exciting at first, then exhausting — but we handled it together.
It was never just about results. It was about trust, belief, and everything he invested in me.

Peter was the best coach… whenever I swam too slow, he threw things at me — which is probably why I always found the motivation to swim faster.
Despite the humor, the journey wasn’t easy. Just six weeks before the Youth National Championships, Adi suffered two non-swimming-related injuries. We stayed patient, trusted the process, and still managed to win a medal — which makes the result even more meaningful.

Almost ten years later, we’ve come full circle. Back then on the pool deck — today, nearly a decade apart, he’s training with me again as an online athlete.
The only difference? Now I coach through a screen… and I can’t throw anything at him.
Ten years apart. Same mindset. Still moving forward.

At the Central European Countries Junior Meet, Szalai Zsófia delivered an excellent performance in the 50m freestyle, finishing in 26.03, which earned her the gold medal.
I want to thank the HERO Division for the sprint-focused support you provided during her preparation. The targeted work on starts, underwater phases, and power application clearly contributed to her progress and helped her perform when it counted.
I appreciate the cooperation so far, and I hope we can continue working together as we move toward our long-term goal: the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Games.

Thanks to you I was able to become Mississippi State Champion and open up more opportunities for my swimming. Thank you Coach."

After five months out of the water, I wasn’t looking for an ordinary comeback — I was looking for the next level. That’s why I chose Peter.
We’re focused purely on the 50 freestyle.
The mission: the perfect 50.
This is more than training — it’s a pursuit. As Peter said: Make history. Nothing less.”

Every achievement begins before the first stroke.
Where two fires meet, one purpose is born — and records are rewritten.
At the 2025 Masters European Short Course Championships in Lublin, Poland, a new national record was set in the 200m backstroke in the Masters 45–49 age group.
Along the way, we also reshaped the very way we approach backstroke:
we phased out the old-style technique, transformed the recovery phase into its modern form, and elevated the quality of the underwater work — ensuring that each stroke now belongs to a new era.

Coach Jana has transformed our group, from a bunch of school parents who enjoy swimming, into a highly competitive Masters Swim Team with a string of medals and records under our belts. The progress has been truly remarkable. I don’t think we really understood that we could clock the race times we swam in the recent Thai Masters Nationals Championships.
Personally, her quiet confidence, along with recognition of my competitive spirit and a clearcut training program, is what enabled me to drop my times significantly closer to those of my youth. It is no longer painful to hear my times yelled out across the pool!
I highly recommend her to anyone who needs genuine encouragement and coaching support to improve their performance. She is the best thing that ever happened to our squad - we hope to go on breaking National records to make her proud !

Bangkok at Thailand Masters Swimming Championships 2024
Over 30 medals won, two Masters Championship records smashed, all team's and PB's.
I was more than happy to contribute to this list by winning silver in 50m butterfly, silver in 4*50 Free relay and bronze in mixed Medley relay.
Even though each and every of the team put in every effort, time and heart to come where we are now, l would like to take a moment to say enormous thanks to our friend and loved Coach Jana who has come alongside 1.5 years with us thus bringing the team to the Masters Championships level..
Your legacy has nurtured both skills and will in our minds to win which you could watch over these two hard and long days.
Again, thank you Jana.
Sascha Ninan
My 10-year-old daughter, Sascha, had the privilege of training with Coach Jana for 18 months, and I can confidently say she is the best coach Sascha has ever worked with. Jana’s dedication, expertise, and genuine passion for swimming were evident in every session. She not only improved Sascha’s technique and performance but also instilled a love for the sport and a sense of confidence that extends beyond the pool. Jana has become such an important part of Sascha’s journey that we know she will always be a part of our lives. We are so grateful for everything Coach Jana has done and highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional coach. - Jenny
My name is Sascha, and I was lucky enough to have Jana as my swimming coach. She always pushed me to do my best, even when I thought I couldn’t, and it really paid off in my competitions. Jana helped me improve my technique, build my confidence, and get new personal bests. I’ll never forget everything she taught me. Jana is the best coach ever, and I’m so thankful for everything she did to help me. ❤ -Sascha
